Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Miss Tamar pieces! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition (with tags and packaging intact)

Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@misstamar.com to request a return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping Options

Once your return is accepted, you have two options:

  1. Use Your Own Label – You may ship the item back at your own expense with a carrier of your choice, as long as the shipping method provides tracking and coverage.
  2. Request a Prepaid Label – We can provide a return shipping label, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

📌 Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Time for Returns

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your refund is issued. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email us immediately at info@misstamar.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@misstamar.com.
